Be Inspired and Empower Your Clients by participating in 3 Full Fun yet Transformative Immersion Learning Days of discovering how it’s possible to resolve shame, build resilience, and cultivate worth, empowerment and belonging!

Through AST Model online courses, webinars, live zoom calls and face-to-face education you have the opportunity to learn how to harness the powers of the nervous system to provide forward-moving shame interventions that can bring hope, resilience, and empowerment to the people you serve. You also have the opportunity to gain the tools and confidence you need to feel renewed in your work and your own body. By learning AST Model breakthrough principles in shame-specific neuroscience, and shame resilience-building techniques, you have the potential to be more effective in guiding client shifts and feel more much deeper levels of satisfaction in what you are offering.

I designed this training to be immediately useful to working professionals from many somatic and non-somatic backgrounds who are in interested in learning a new and inspiring laser focused mind-body-spirit framework for addressing shame’s challenges and clients with whom nothing seems to work. Participants will have the opportunity to discover the unique qualities needed to meet clients in their shame wound. Equally important, participants will have the opportunity to gain the tools necessary for building shame resilience. Learn if ending shame cycles and their suffering is right for you. Guaranteed you will never look at shame in the same way again! This course is both highly theoretical and experiential. It is taught using interactive and embodied-based learning.

Like trauma, specific skills are required to make it possible to fully resolve shame and end the redundant neuro-chemical looping of shame cycles. Yet, shame’s resolution has often been misunderstood in therapeutic models including somatic-based approaches. This course will introduce participants to why the complex nature of shame sometimes makes its resolution elusive, and how through the AST Model®’s unique bottom-up, top-down, and multi-dimensional,non-medical/non-psychological approach can create sustainable and deeply gratifying shame relief and life-affirming shifts that transform lives. This training is intended for professionals who seek to integrate the AST Model® into their current therapeutic, coaching, counseling, healing and helping professional skill sets.
