AST Model of Holistic Shame Resolution®

Facilitating change can be sacred, rewarding and vulnerable. Depending on the issues, the dynamic can also become frustrating and leave the people we wish to serve feeling abandoned or unmet. By integrating somatic attachment techniques and nervous system logic into your practice, you can build upon what is already working, and guide your clients toward developing more secure and fulfilling relationships in a shorter amount of time and with greater efficiency.
Resilience-Based Shifts
Studies show when people feel present and capable in their bodies, their experience of themselves, others, and the world is more hopeful. This extends outward. People learn better, are more socially engaged, and have more resilience in the face of challenge. By providing a safe, embodied, and corrective way for clients to explore their core issues, it’s possible for healing to build upon itself and clients may have more vibrancy and capacity to cope with life, and the potential to succeed at the larger shifts they desire.
I offer support to therapists, psychologists, counselors and those in the healing and helping professions in the form of one-on-one case review (with permission from your client) and webinars.
AST Model® Case Reviews are designed to allow you to more confidently address shame-related issues and gain practical support, so new approaches and avenues outside your knowledge base can be considered for those super stuck or confusing cases.
Webinars are highly targeted, educational spotlights intended to develop a practical knowledge base and techniques that can be integrated with more traditional therapeutic approaches. Somatics in Practice series is created for the purpose of developing somatic-based knowledge, confidence, and skills for practicing therapists, practitioners, helpers and healers.
